Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Solution Specialist in the United States to design, develop, and support SAP QM solutions for global manufacturing operations.

You will translate business requirements into scalable, reliable quality management configurations and collaborate with business process experts, SAP teams, and IT to deliver robust solutions. The role emphasizes leading functional analysis, testing, deployment, and ongoing support to improve data quality, process efficiency, and system reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience or higher.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP QM or quality/manufacturing apps.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional designs and support delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for functional/technical areas.
• Collaborate with process, technical teams to design and build objects meeting requirements.
• Communicate status, metrics, risks, and issues timely.
• Support QA, deployment, and incident management for quality systems.
• Develop and maintain functional specs and testing strategies.
