Dow Inc. is seeking a Solution Specialist to design, develop, and support SAP QM solutions across global manufacturing operations.

You will gather requirements, collaborate with process and technical teams, and drive quality management initiatives within a 24x7 environment. The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, experience with SAP QM, ECC, and S/4HANA, and the ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience (U.S. equivalent)
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas using expanded conceptual and practical knowledge
• Works closely with business process teams, technical teams and other stakeholders to design and build objects which meet requirements
• Communicates effectively both within the team and with external stakeholders (e.g. businesses and technical counterparts)
• Applies knowledge and experience in software development methodologies in order to support work processes
• Develops and maintains functional specifications, testing strategies, support procedures, and knowledge transfer materials to improve solution clarity and supportability
• Monitor and support interfaces between SAP QM solutions and integrated applications to ensure reliable data flow and business continuity
• Collaborate with business process experts, developers, architects, and support teams to improve application reliability, usability, and supportability
• Participate in incident management, problem management, and continuous improvement initiatives supporting a 24x7 manufacturing environment
• Provide knowledge transfer and functional guidance to junior team members and support resources
• Support SAP Quality Management (QM) enhancements and projects
• Lead functional analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and support activities for QM enhancements and projects
• Develop and maintain documentation for quality processes and system configurations
