Job summary

You will gather requirements, collaborate with business and technical teams, and ensure solutions meet Dow architecture standards while enabling quality and manufacturing processes.

The role emphasizes SDLC discipline, problem solving, and effective communication in a 24x7 manufacturing environment. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in quality or manufacturing IT domains.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for functional and technical areas.
• Collaborate with business process teams, technical teams, and stakeholders to design solutions.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues clearly and timely.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications and testing strategies.
• Support quality execution processes and related data flows.
• Lead knowledge transfer to junior team members.
