Dow Inc. is seeking a Solution Specialist to design, develop, and support quality-focused solutions across global manufacturing operations, with emphasis on SAP Quality Management (QM).

The role requires translating business needs into scalable technology solutions and providing guidance to junior analysts. You will engage with cross-functional teams, manage incidents and deployment activities, and ensure data integrity across SAP and connected enterprise systems in a 24x7 manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience or 5 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience in SAP Quality Management and related manufacturing applications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and support delivery of scalable enhancements.

Responsabilités

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for functional/technical areas.
• Collaborates with process teams to design and build objects meeting requirements.
• Communicates status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Supports QA, testing, deployment, and support activities for QM enhancements.
