Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Solution Specialist to design, develop, and support SAP QM solutions across global manufacturing operations. You will analyze business requirements, collaborate with process and IT teams, and implement scalable quality management enhancements.

The role requires strong SDLC, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with emphasis on delivering reliable processes and data integrity in a 24x7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP QM or manufacturing IT.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for functional and technical areas.
• Designs, builds, tests, and supports SAP QM or related solutions.
• Collaborates with business/process teams and IT stakeholders.
• Documents designs and supports deployments and incident response.
• Lead functional analysis, solution design, testing, deployment for QM enhancements
• Monitor interfaces and ensure data flow and business continuity
• Provide knowledge transfer and junior team guidance
