Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Solution Specialist to design, develop, and support SAP QM-based solutions for global manufacturing operations. You will analyze business requirements, lead QM enhancements, and ensure reliable data flow across integrated systems.

The role emphasizes strong SDLC discipline, troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT, quality, and manufacturing teams. U.S. work authorization is required; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience or 5 years' relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP quality management or manufacturing applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for functional and technical areas.
• Designs, builds, tests and implements SAP QM objects meeting requirements.
• Lead functional analysis, solution design, testing, deployment and support for QM enhancements.
• Address issues related to inspection lots, results recording, usage decisions, and quality notifications.
• Monitor interfaces between QM solutions and integrated applications; ensure data flow and continuity.
• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to junior team members.
