Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Solution Specialist to design, develop and support SAP QM solutions across global manufacturing operations.

You will analyze business requirements, translate them into functional designs, and collaborate with business process teams and IT to deliver scalable technology solutions. In this role you will lead troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer while adhering to Dow architecture standards, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
• 5+ years of relevant SAP QM and manufacturing apps experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for functional and technical areas.
• Works with business process and technical teams to design and build objects that meet requirements.
• Communicates status, metrics, risks, and issues clearly.
• Documents detailed designs and builds application objects.
• Supports SAP QM enhancements and projects.
• Ensures designs meet Dow standards and long-term vision.
