Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or relevant military experience) required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for functional/technical areas using expanded knowledge.
• Works with business process teams and technical teams to design/build objects.
• Communicates status, metrics, risks, and issues timely.
• Applies software development methodologies to support processes.
• Documents detailed designs and builds application objects.
• Assists with issue resolution and ensures designs meet requirements and Dow standards.
