Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstream delivery, manage engagement economics, and guide cross-functional teams across SAP data, governance, and data quality initiatives.

With 4–6+ years in SAP data transformation and a solid grounding in MDG, Data Migration, and data governance, you’ll partner with clients to define data strategy and roadmaps while navigating complex programs and high-visibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4–6+ years in SAP data transformation.
• Hands-on experience in MDG, data migration or data governance.
• Strong communication, client-facing presentation and workshop facilitation.
• Experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure timely, quality project outcomes.
• Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services, manage engagement economics.
• Direct and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and innovative solutions.
