Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead cross-functional teams across SAP data tools, driving governance, quality, and data migration programs to deliver measurable business value.

You’ll engage with clients daily, shape data strategy, oversee workstreams, and advise on tools and roadmaps while balancing risk, cost, and timeline considerations in a globally connected consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP data transformation experience, including MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines: Data Migration, MDG, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including client-facing activities.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of leading practices for business and technology transformation.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop data governance and strategy across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams, manage delivery, risk, and budgets.
