Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, deliver projects on time, and drive governance, quality, and migration initiatives across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

Ideally you bring 4–6+ years in SAP data transformation, MDG, data governance, and S/4HANA experience, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6+ years of SAP data transformation experience incl. MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines incl. MDG, Data Migration, Data Governance.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA data model and migrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing presentations.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients daily and identify opportunities for additional services.
