Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data assets across SAP and non-SAP landscapes. You will lead workstreams, guide client engagements, and ensure on-time delivery with quality standards while expanding service offerings.

Qualified candidates have 4–6+ years in SAP data transformation, MDG, data governance, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and travel up to 40–60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP data transformation experience, including SAP MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines, including Data Migration, Master Data Management (MDG), Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics, and related enterprise data management capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services, and manage engagement economics.
• Provide direction to your team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative solutions.
