Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You’ll lead workstreams, engage with clients daily, and manage project economics while guiding cross-functional teams across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes.

This role requires 4–6+ years in SAP data transformation, with MDG or Data Migration experience, and strong governance expertise. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience including MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including Data Migration, MDG, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including client-facing presentations and workshops.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
