Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, ensure on-time delivery, and manage engagement economics while guiding your team.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define data strategy, governance, and quality standards across SAP and non-SAP landscapes, leveraging Data Services and MDG to ensuring data integrity across workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4 – 6+ years of hands‑on SAP data transformation experience, including SAP MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including Data Migration, MDG, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentations and workshops.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams or projects with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of best practices and advisory experience supporting business and technology transformation.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.
