Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, engage with clients daily, and drive governance, quality, and data migration programs that support scalable operations and long‑term value.

You should have 4–6+ years of SAP data transformation experience (MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance), with hands‑on SAP ECC/S/4HANA work and strong communication skills. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP data transformation experience (MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance).
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines (Migration, MDG, Governance, Data Quality, Analytics).
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing presentations, and workshop facilitation.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems, recommending policy changes and establishing procedures.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
• Manage project status and deliverables with effective risk management.
