Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into strategic assets for clients. You will lead workstreams, engage with clients, and drive governance, quality, and data migration programs across SAP landscapes.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6+ years’ SAP data transformation experience, knowledge of MDG, S/4HANA migrations, and strong stakeholder communication. Travel 40–60% is expected in a hybrid US model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP data transformation experience (MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance).
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines (Migration, MDG, Governance, Quality, Analytics).
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing presentations and workshops.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
• SAP certifications in MDG/S/4HANA or related data tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure timely, quality project outcomes.
• Engage with clients daily and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Provide direction to the team and foster collaboration and innovation.
• Develop scalable data solutions and governance frameworks across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
• Manage engagement economics and project status with risk management.
