Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years SAP data transformation experience.
• Hands-on SAP data management: MDG, Data Migration, Data Governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing work.
• Experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and enterprise data models.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure on-time, quality outcomes.
• Engage daily with clients and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Provide direction to teams and manage engagement economics.
