Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team, focusing on SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain. You will design and deliver SAP technology solutions to improve client performance, leading workstreams with offshore and onshore teams.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in manufacturing, 3+ years SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA Production Planning, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4–6 years in manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years SAP ERP/SAP S/4 HANA, especially Production Planning.
• Experience leading teams and delivering SAP projects on time.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and client service skills.
• Insight into best practices in production, quality management, and technology functions.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Design workshops in manufacturing and propose S/4HANA best practices.
• Track milestones, risks, and client communications.
• Cultivate relationships with client personnel at all levels.
