Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional in the Technical Consulting team focused on SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will design and deliver SAP technology solutions to improve client performance, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.

You will manage a hybrid team across offshore and onshore locations, leveraging strong functional SAP Manufacturing knowledge and business acumen to deliver high‑quality SAP projects.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4‑year) required.
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) module.
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver project deliverables on deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream with project-based team members in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Insight into best practices and advisory roles in industry production, quality management, and technology.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status against performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead SAP manufacturing workshops and implement S/4HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid offshore/onshore team to meet delivery schedules.
• Demonstrate strong SAP Manufacturing expertise and business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver SAP projects or workstreams with quality outcomes.
• Maintain stakeholder communications on progress and results.
• Cultivate relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
