Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join the Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within Core Supply Chain. You will design and deliver SAP technology solutions to improve client performance, collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include leading workstreams, workshops, and hybrid team management, leveraging SAP Manufacturing and S/4HANA best practices to tailor client solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years in manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 3 years with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA (PP module).
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver project deliverables on deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
• Familiarity with best practices, benchmarking, and advisory roles in production, quality management, and technology.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status to meet performance objectives.
• Lead client workshops from planning through execution and closure.
• Design workshops in SAP Manufacturing and recommend S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking milestones, risks and progress.
