Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing consultant to join our Technical Consulting team, focusing on SAP PP and S/4HANA in manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and deliver SAP technology solutions that improve business performance.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of SAP ERP/S4HANA PP/QM experience, strong leadership, change management and client-service skills, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Typically 4–6 years in manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 3 years with SAP ERP/S/4HANA, PP module.
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver project deliverables.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status against objectives.
• Lead client sessions from planning through execution and closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing and implement SAP best practices (PP/QM).
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams and ensure timely delivery.
