Description

The SAP Logistics Operations Lead should possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience in SAP MM/EWM/EM configuration. Responsibilities include managing critical system issues, engaging with business stakeholders, leading system initiatives, monitoring metrics, and participating in system activities like upgrades and disaster recovery drills.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Logistics functions
• Experience troubleshooting and implementing solutions in SAP MM/EM/EWM
• Support experience in a 24/7 environment, vendor management, SLA adherence, and metrics reporting
• Experience working with onsite and offshore vendor teams
• Knowledge of S/4 HANA
