We are seeking a FileMaker development lead who enjoys hands-on work, operational excellence, and providing top-tier service to our business partners. **Responsibilities:**

1. Lead support issues across various FileMaker solutions, enhancing team skills.
2. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to set clear expectations.
3. Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve support issues, including design, development, testing.
4. Manage multiple support issues with changing priorities, driving them to resolution.
5. Plan and implement new initiatives.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with business collaborators, ensuring clear communication.
7. Drive efficiency and productivity improvements, perform root cause analysis.
8. Monitor critical operational metrics.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

• 5+ years project management experience, preferably in agile environments.
• FileMaker experience in relationship diagrams and scripting.
• Experience configuring multiple FileMaker servers.
• Proficiency in programming database-driven websites, preferably PHP.
• Hands-on troubleshooting support issues.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/scientific field or equivalent experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• 8+ years FileMaker development, complex relationship diagrams, extensive scripting.
• Experience with eCommerce systems and Laminas framework.
• Integration experience with Salesforce, MySQL, SAP.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, data issue identification.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-team resolution skills.
• Self-motivated, thorough, and deadline-oriented.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.

**Pay & Benefits:**
