Maintain, update, and optimize financial systems, ensuring accurate data management and financial reporting to increase organizational efficiency and data integrity.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• System Implementation and Management: Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of financial systems, ensuring alignment with organizational financial processes and objectives. Coordinate with IT and other departments for seamless integration with enterprise systems.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain robust financial reporting frameworks to deliver accurate and timely data. Analyze financial information to identify trends and opportunities and create dashboards to support executive decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Standardize and automate routine tasks and develop best practices for financial data management and reporting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with finance, accounting, and other departments to meet their system needs. Act as a liaison between finance and IT to provide training and support ensuring effective system utilization.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks as required, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing data security, conducting audits, and providing advanced technical support.

Our Lead Financial Systems Analyst earns between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
