Description

We’re seeking an agile professional to join the Customer Systems Business Operations team. Our mission is to establish effective organizational practices and eliminate obstacles. In this role, you will manage annual and quarterly operating plans related to our budget and oversee daily processes. The key value you bring is the ability to understand diverse business information, distill it to what matters, and communicate its financial impact effectively. Comfort with ambiguity and foresight are essential.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management or a similar role within large, multi-geo organizations
• 5+ years of experience analyzing large datasets, extracting data efficiently, and identifying drivers for cycle-to-cycle changes
• 5+ years of experience with team capacity planning, forecasting, and utilization
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
• Strong analytical skills, pattern recognition, and strategic decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational, communication (including keynote presentations), and collaboration skills

At Apple, compensation includes base pay within a range, with opportunities for growth. The salary range for this role is $133,900 to $255,400, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
