Team and Role Overview

The Customer Systems team develops applications that enable Apple to deliver top-tier customer support for our products. Our solutions support millions of users, helping them maximize their Apple devices and services.

Responsibilities

1. Drive organizational practices and streamline processes within the Customer Systems Business Operations team.
2. Manage annual and quarterly operating plans, including budgeting and financial impact analysis.
3. Analyze broad business data, identify key drivers, and communicate insights effectively, especially in ambiguous situations.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Program Management or a similar role in a large, multi-geo organization.
• Experience with analyzing large datasets, extracting insights, and understanding business drivers.
• Experience with team capacity planning, forecasting, and utilization management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or an equivalent field or work experience.

Compensation and Benefits
