Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA solutions for utilities clients in a nationwide US role. You will own the FI-CA workstream, defining functional designs and coordinating with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Billing teams to deliver robust, auditable processes.

You will guide cross-functional teams, drive requirements workshops, and ensure successful integration with SAP IS-U Billing and SAP FI/CO. Travel is expected to 40-60% across US offices.

Qualifications

• Deep functional knowledge of SAP IS-U FI-CA and related utility financial processes.
• Ability to translate complex financial requirements into scalable FI-CA designs.
• Experience leading client-facing SAP transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the FI-CA workstream end-to-end from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits and related controls.
• Lead workshops and translate business requirements into FI-CA designs for scalable solutions.
• Drive integration across SAP IS-U Billing, FI/CO, banks and payment providers.
• Establish FI-CA financial controls and reconciliation processes for audit readiness.
• Lead cross-workstream coordination with Billing, Finance, Data Conversion and IT teams.
• Oversee testing, cutover activities and post-go-live support.
