Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for utility clients in the United States. You will own the FI-CA workstream, define functional approaches, align receivables and payments with policies, and ensure seamless integration with the broader SAP IS-U solution.

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Typically, 4–6 years in SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities with FI-CA exposure.
• Experience owning FI-CA design and delivery through full lifecycle.
• Experience leading workshops, design governance, and testing.
• Experience governing cross-functional integrations across billing, finance, and ledger.

Responsibilities

• Own the FI-CA workstream including scope, processes, delivery plans and outcomes.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections and controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews.
• Drive integration and reconciliation design across SAP IS-U modules and external systems.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, cutover, and operational readiness.
