EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of FI-CA solutions for utility clients. You will own the FI-CA workstream, define the functional approach, and ensure alignment with business policies, accounting requirements, and SAP IS-U integration.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Care, and technical partners to drive solution quality and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Owning the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream, including scope, target processes, solution decisions, delivery plans, quality, risks, and outcomes from requirements and blueprint through deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
• Defining and governing the functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, write-offs, and related financial controls.
• Leading requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, solution workshops, and design reviews to translate Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Care, and business requirements into scalable and maintainable FI-CA solutions.
• Driving integration and reconciliation design across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, banks and payment providers, collection agencies, tax solutions, and SAP FI/CO General Ledger.
• Establishing and governing FI-CA financial controls, posting and reconciliation processes, ensuring solutions support auditability and approved business and accounting requirements.
