Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery within SAP IS-U. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align receivables and payments with business policies, and ensure integration with Billing, GL, and tax solutions across utilities client programs.

You will lead FI-CA functional consultants, run workshops from requirements to go-live, manage dependencies and risks, and drive test cycles, cutover, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Typically 4–6 years in SAP IS-U or Utilities with FI-CA focus.
• Experience leading a functional workstream or team.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream from requirements to deployment.
• Define functional designs for receivables, payments, collections, and controls.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and design governance with stakeholders.
• Drive integration with Billing, SD, FI/CO, and external providers.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, cutover, and operational readiness.
