Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery within the utility sector. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align receivables and payment operations with business policies, and ensure integration across the SAP IS-U solution.

You will guide functional teams and collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Care, and vendors to drive quality and operational readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a functional workstream.
Experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA functional solution design and delivery.
Experience across FI-CA payments, receivables, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Own FI-CA workstream from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
Define functional designs for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, write-offs and controls.
Lead workshops, reviews, and governance across Finance, Revenue Ops and Customer Care.
Coordinate integration with IS-U Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, banks and tax solutions.
Ensure auditability and operational readiness; manage cross-workstream dependencies.
Oversee testing, defect resolution, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
