Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery within the utility sector. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align receivables and payments with business policies, and ensure integration across the broader SAP IS-U solution.

You will lead functional teams and collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Care, technical, integration, and program stakeholders to drive quality, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience including FI-CA.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA functional solution design and delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional workshops, requirements, design governance and testing.
• Experience with FI-CA integration with IS-U Billing, Retail, banking and ledger systems.
• Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the FI-CA workstream from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, write-offs and controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, design reviews, and workshops.
• Coordinate integrations across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, banks and vendors.
• Establish FI-CA financial controls and posting/reconciliation processes.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies and communicate options to leadership.
• Oversee testing and defect resolution for FI-CA processing and period close.
• Lead cutover and production readiness activities.
