Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Device & Work Management Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Device and Work Management solutions. You will own the device/work management workstream, align SAP IS-U with metering and field operations, and drive solution quality across integration, testing, deployment, and go-live readiness.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or Utilities experience with device/work management.
• Experience leading a functional workstream or team.
• Experience integrating SAP IS-U with related utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Device and Work Management workstream from discovery to post-go-live.
• Define functional designs for device lifecycle, meter reading, and field-work processes.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews.
• Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies across billing, service, and data conversion.
• Oversee testing, cutover, and operational readiness activities.
