Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Device & Work Management Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Device and Work Management solutions. You will own the Device and Work Management workstream, define the functional approach, and align SAP IS-U processes with metering and field operations.

You will lead functional teams and collaborate with business, technical, vendor, and program stakeholders to drive solution quality, integration, testing, deployment, and readiness across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Device and Work Management design and delivery.
• Experience integrating SAP IS-U with AMI/MDMS, EDM, GIS, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Device and Work Management workstream from discovery through deployment.
• Define the functional design for device lifecycle management, meter reading, field service, and operations.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews with stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end integration across SAP IS-U and AMI/MDMS, EDM, GIS, and related platforms.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, cutover, and operations readiness.
• Coach functional consultants and manage cross-workstream dependencies.
