Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Device & Work Management Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Device and Work Management solutions for utility clients. You will own the workstream, define functional approaches, and ensure alignment with metering, field operations, and end-to-end processes.

You will lead functional consultants and collaborate with business, technical, vendor, and program stakeholders to drive quality, integration, testing, deployment, and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U/Utilities experience with focus on device/work management
• Experience owning SAP IS-U design and delivery through deployment
• Experience integrating SAP IS-U with AMI/MDMS/GIS and related systems

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Device and Work Management workstream from discovery through deployment and stabilization
• Define and govern functional design for device lifecycle, meter reading, field service and work execution
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses and design reviews for scalable SAP IS-U solutions
• Drive end-to-end integrations across SAP IS-U and AMI, MDMS, EDM, GIS and mobile workforce
• Lead design/delivery of device and field-work processes and cross-workstream coordination
• Oversee testing, defect resolution and go-live readiness for meter-to-cash processes
