Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will translate utility service requirements into functional designs and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective customer, account, and contract processes.

The role involves regular travel (40-60%) to meet client needs and ensure successful project delivery, with responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Typically 3–4 years SAP IS‑U or SAP Utilities experience.
Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design.
Experience with SAP IS‑U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer‑service processes.
Travel 40–60% is expected.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, and related processes.
Configure SAP IS‑U Customer Service solutions including business partner, contract account, and customer master data.
Design and support service-request, notification, and customer-contact workflows.
Translate service-operation requirements into SAP IS‑U functional designs and data mappings.
Collaborate with Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and field service teams to align processes.
