Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions for utilities across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will translate requirements into functional designs and support end-to-end processes with business and technical teams.

Location is Anywhere in the United States, with travel estimated at 40-60%. The role includes data conversion, testing, and post-go-live support in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, and start/stop service.
• Support functional design and configuration of SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions.
• Design and support service-requests, notification, correspondence, and customer-contact processes.
• Translate service-operation requirements into SAP IS-U functional designs.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and more.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test scenarios, data mappings, and other deliverables.
• Execute unit and integration testing and support UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and production analysis.
• Assist data conversion activities including data mapping and cutover readiness.
