Job summary

EY is looking for an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will work with stakeholders to translate utility service requirements into practical SAP IS‑U designs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, with travel as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS‑U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least three years in SAP IS‑U Customer Service.
Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, start and stop service.
Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions including partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer data.
Design and support service-request, notification, and customer-contact processes with SAP IS‑U and related systems.
Translate service-operation requirements into end-to-end customer lifecycle workflows.
Coordinate impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, and digital channels.
