EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing for utility transformation programs. You will own the Billing workstream, translate regulatory and market requirements into scalable solutions, and drive solution quality across cross-functional teams.

You will lead functional teams, oversee workshops, define billing designs, and ensure successful integration with related SAP IS-U capabilities, including EDM and FI-CA.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing design/delivery through implementation

Responsabilidades

• Own SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream from design to post-go-live stabilization
• Define target functional design for Billing and Invoicing including rate/tariff structures
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments and design governance
• Drive end-to-end integration across Billing and related SAP IS-U capabilities
• Lead complex billing scenarios including time-of-use and interval-based billing
• Develop functional specs, documentation, and design decisions
• Coach functional team members and resolve cross-workstream issues
• Oversee testing and defect resolution for rates, tariffs, and billing cycles
• Lead cutover planning and billing-cycle transition activities
• Build trusted client relationships and provide functional guidance
