EY seeks an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions. You will own the Billing workstream, define the functional approach, translate rate, tariff, regulatory, and business requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure alignment across the meter-to-cash process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Experience with time-of-use and/or interval-based billing and EDM integration.
• Experience with related IS-U capabilities such as Device Management and bill print.

Responsabilités

• Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream, including scope, decisions, delivery plans, quality, risks and outcomes from design through deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
• Define target functional design for Billing and Invoicing, including rate structures, billing schemas, controls and high-volume processing.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, solution workshops and design governance to translate requirements into scalable SAP IS-U solutions.
• Drive end-to-end integration across Billing and related SAP IS-U capabilities (Device Management, EDM, FI-CA, Customer Service, meter-to-cash).
• Lead design and delivery of complex billing scenarios including time-of-use, interval billing, rebilling, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Develop functional specs, solution docs, configuration standards and design decisions to ensure consistency across the workstream.
• Coach and mentor the functional team, assign ownership and resolve cross-workstream issues.
• Oversee testing and defect resolution for rates, tariffs, billing cycles, high-volume runs and downstream financial impacts.
• Manage workstream scope, estimates, dependencies, risks, stakeholder decisions, and communications to operations, revenue and schedule.
• Lead cutover planning and billing-cycle transition activities with training, production readiness, handoff and post-go-live support.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide functional guidance on SAP IS-U Billing capabilities and transformation priorities.
