Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions for US utilities clients. You will own the Billing workstream, translate rate, tariff, regulatory, and business requirements into scalable solutions, and drive solution quality, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.

You will lead functional teams, collaborate with business, technical, and program stakeholders, and oversee cutover planning,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience including hands-on IS-U Billing and Invoicing.
3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.

Responsibilities

Owning SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream including scope, delivery plans, quality, risks and outcomes from design through deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
Defining target functional design for Billing and Invoicing, including rate structures, billing schemas, controls and high-volume processing requirements.
Leading requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, solution workshops, and design governance for scalable SAP IS-U solutions.
Driving end-to-end integration across Billing and related SAP IS-U capabilities (Device Management, EDM, FI-CA, Customer Service, Retail Choice, meter-to-cash).
Leading design and delivery of complex billing scenarios (time-of-use, interval-based, rebilling, invoicing, financial reconciliation).
Developing functional specifications, solution documentation, configuration standards, and design decisions for consistency and quality.
