EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead the end‑to‑end design and delivery of SAP IS‑U Billing and Invoicing solutions for utility clients across the U.S. You will own the Billing workstream, translate complex rate and tariff requirements into scalable SAP IS‑U designs, and ensure alignment with meter‑to‑cash processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, with hands‑on IS-U Billing & Invoicing.
3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
Experience with time‑of‑use and interval billing and EDM integration.
Experience linking Billing with IS-U capabilities (Device Management, FI-CA, Customer Service).
Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream from design through deployment and post‑go‑live stabilization.
Define target functional design for Billing and Invoicing, including rate structures and billing schemas.
Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, design governance, and workshops.
Drive end‑to‑end integration across Billing and related SAP IS‑U capabilities.
Lead complex billing scenarios including time‑of‑use and interval billing, rebilling, and financial reconciliation.
Develop functional specs, design decisions, and documentation; ensure consistency across the workstream.
Coach functional team members and manage cross‑workstream issues.
