Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead end-to-end SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing designs for a US client base. You will own the Billing workstream, translate rate and regulatory requirements into scalable SAP solutions, and guide teams through delivery, testing, and deployment.

You will foster strong client relationships, manage stakeholders, and ensure operational readiness while navigating complex tariff structures and high-volume billing scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, incl. 3+ years leading a functional workstream.
• Proven design and delivery ownership of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing.
• Experience with time-of-use/interval billing and EDM integration.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream from design to post-go-live stabilization.
• Define target functional design for billing, tariffs, and high-volume processing.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and design governance.
• Drive end-to-end integration with related SAP IS-U capabilities (Device Management, EDM, FI-CA, etc.).
• Lead complex billing scenarios and ensure financial reconciliation.
