• Support electronic order processing workflows and ensure timely release of incoming orders.

• Maintain accurate customer account information, including pricing and order-related data.
• Assist with managing EDI-related data and ensuring system accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues, including shipping discrepancies, billing concerns, and customer inquiries.
• Process returns, including defective products and stock adjustments.
• Generate and maintain reports such as open orders, sales activity, and shipment documentation.
• Support documentation and communication related to order fulfillment and vendor coordination.
• Prioritize workload effectively to manage shifting daily demands.
• Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and service standards.
