Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process daily SAP transactions including orders, inventory moves, and shipments.
• Maintain records, data entry, and reconcile SAP transactions.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to support order fulfillment.
• Prepare shipping docs, reports, and inventory records.
• Monitor order/shipment statuses and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards compliance.
