Job summary

Verbatim Americas seeks an Order Administrator to process material or merchandise orders from customers, entering them into SAP S/4 Hana and providing excellent service to internal and external clients. The role is full-time, in-office in Charlotte, NC with ERP experience and high-volume data entry.

The successful candidate will maintain customer master data and pricing in SAP, handle EDI order processing, and assist with reports while delivering top-notch customer support.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree is desired, with related coursework and two to three years' related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and order processing, especially SAP S/4 Hana.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders and enter them into SAP S/4 Hana.
• Maintain customer master data and special pricing in SAP.
• Ensure EDI order processing and release to SAP.
• Respond to calls and emails from customers and sales reps.
• Prepare required reports and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve shipping/billing issues.
• Maintain compliance with Verbatim guidelines and shipping requirements.
