Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Order Management Specialist to drive accurate order processing and cross-functional collaboration from purchase to delivery.

You will work with SAP, coordinate with factories, support project milestones, and serve as the main contact between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in order management or logistics, strong communication, and solid Excel skills to maintain records and generate reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, customer operations, or logistics.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders in SAP with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with feeder factories to manage order flow and delivery timelines.
• Partner with project management to support order-related activities and milestones.
• Serve as a key contact between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies or fulfillment issues.
• Maintain accurate order documentation and records in SAP and related systems.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare and communicate reports on order progress and lead times.
