Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to lead post‑transition SAP operations and managed services. You will run, maintain, and support technology projects, balancing hands‑on delivery with team leadership across onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources.

You will manage customer relationships, drive continuous improvement, and ensure successful deployment to the user community while meeting SLAs and performance targets in a global, flexible environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Typically 5–7 years of SAP Operations experience.
Expertise in Application Management is essential.
Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
Knowledgeable of Agile terminology and Agile methods.
Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.
Data Delivery and Management understanding.
Proficiency in Stakeholder Management.
Familiarity with Technology Service Management.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality SAP support within key business processes.
Provide hands‑on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO/SCM/OTC/OTC).
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and standardization.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs established by service delivery.
Lead cross‑location SAP delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, offshore.
Serve as escalation point for complex functional and operational issues.
Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with outcomes.
