Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP Delivery Manager to lead technology operations and post-transition support within a globally distributed team. You will manage SAP delivery, ensure service excellence, and drive improvement initiatives across multiple domains including FICO, SCM, Procurement, and OTC.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of SAP operations experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with Agile and ITIL frameworks. A hybrid work model and a comprehensive rewards package are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ERP systems and hands-on SAP functional leadership.
• Strong leadership of globally distributed teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and SAP managed services models.
• Familiarity with Agile terminology and methods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution across key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership within one core domain (FICO, SCM, Procurement, OTC).
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and service delivery guidelines.
• Lead SAP delivery teams across locations and optimize offshore engagement.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and drive root cause analysis.
