Job summary

EY seeks a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to lead post-transition support and ongoing SAP operations within a managed services framework. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage offshore and onshore delivery, and ensure alignment with client business outcomes.

The role requires strong SAP functional expertise, leadership, and a proven track record in AMS/Managed Services. Hybrid work is available, with travel as needed to support clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically 5–7 years of SAP Operations experience.
• Expertise in Application Management essential.
• Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality support and resolve issues within key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization.
• Ensure SLAs and OLAs are met.
• Lead cross-location SAP delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore.
• Escalation point for complex issues; perform root-cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
